Travel Cardiovascular Cath Lab Technologist
Location: Brick, NJ
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $65–$70/hour
Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 40 Hours per Week (4x10s)

We're hiring an experienced Travel Cardiovascular Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Brick, New Jersey. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled Cath Lab Tech who enjoys working in a high-acuity environment and has experience supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.

What You'll Do
- Assist the procedural team during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures.
- Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and sterile supplies before each case.
- Maintain a sterile field while supporting physicians throughout procedures.
- Set up and monitor hemodynamic equipment, recording patient data during procedures.
- Operate imaging and procedural equipment while ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Assist with temporary and permanent pacemaker procedures.
- Support the use of advanced cardiac assist devices, including Impella and intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP).
- Assist with vascular access management, sheath removal, and post-procedure hemostasis.
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and promptly recognize changes in cardiac rhythm or condition.
- Follow radiation safety guidelines and infection prevention protocols.
- Help maintain equipment, stock procedural supplies, and participate in the department's on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist, Radiologic Technologist, or Applied Science program
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Radiology certification required
- ARRT certification preferred
