What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Recruiting Manager position at Atlas Search?
My client is a prestigious financial services firm located in Manhattan.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates
- Build and evolve long-term relationships with key universities
- Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, Super Days, etc.
- Work closely with HR Program Manager to create and enact dynamic university talent acquisition strategies
- Along with the HR team, manage the job offer process including employment verification/references, hire date, starting salary, etc.
- Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Previous financial services experience is preferred
- 5 years of campus recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience managing direct reports is a plus
- Strategic University Relations expreince is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
