About the Role
Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead a growing analytics function while remaining hands-on technically. This individual will manage and mentor a small team of junior analysts while partnering closely with leadership to drive operational insights, reporting strategy, and performance optimization initiatives.
The ideal candidate is both highly analytical and business-oriented. They should be able to translate complex data into meaningful insights, confidently communicate with stakeholders, and help shape strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Intelligence Analysts, providing guidance on dashboard development, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder communication.
- Build and maintain reporting solutions, KPIs, and operational dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that improve operational performance, revenue integrity, and efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
- Present data-driven recommendations and performance updates to leadership teams and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related leadership role.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise with SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to tell a compelling story with data and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring or managing analysts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within utilities, telecommunications, infrastructure, or other high-volume transactional environments.
- Exposure to operational analytics, revenue assurance, or financial performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, KPI development, and business performance analysis.
- Experience working in rapidly scaling organizations.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
