Business Intelligence Product Manager

About The Role
Seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Product Manager to join the Enterprise Creativity & Productivity Customer Intelligence (CI) team. This team supports a rapidly growing $3B business across Creative Cloud and Document Cloud by building reporting solutions, analytics products, and business intelligence tools that enable Sales and Post-Sales teams to make data-driven decisions.
This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll partner with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, and BI Developers to define reporting requirements, prioritize work, improve analytics products, and ensure successful delivery of business intelligence initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to translate business goals into product requirements, KPIs, and measurable success metrics
- Own requests from intake through prioritization, development, delivery, and adoption
- Design data visualization wireframes for dashboards and reporting solutions
- Create user stories and product requirements in Jira for engineering teams
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and BI Developers throughout development
- Manage multiple BI initiatives and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
- Support end users by triaging dashboard issues, access requests, and reported bugs
- Drive communication across technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of relevant professional experience
- 3 years of Product Management experience, preferably supporting Business Intelligence or Analytics products
- Experience creating wireframes for dashboards and data visualization products
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to query cloud data warehouses
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms
- Experience supporting Sales or Post-Sales organizations
- Experience using AI to improve product workflows and delivery
Compensation
- Up to $75/hr W2 plus benefit and 401k options, paid leave accrual
