As one of the key members of the team, you'll help shape client experiences, improve internal processes, and contribute directly to the company's growth trajectory

What You'll Work On

• Be a member of the engagement team for 5–10 clients and serve as the primary point of contact for those clients.
• Manage core fund accounting workflows, including maintaining books and records, capital calls and distributions, allocations and waterfalls, and capital account statements.
• Deliver financial reporting that meets client SLAs.
• Communicate directly with fund CFOs, COOs, and GPs—responsiveness and clarity are non-negotiable.
• Integrate into AI-assisted workflows and actively use automation to reduce time spent on manual tasks.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

• Fund accounting experience in alternative investments.
• Fluency in core concepts, including fund structures, LPA terms, accounting standards, and industry practices.
• Technical skills including, but not limited to, AI tools such as Claude.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with experience interacting directly with CFOs and COOs.

Nice-to-Haves

• Venture capital, private equity, or private credit expertise.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• Big 4 public accounting background.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it can transform fund administration workflows.
