Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent software initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and resources.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define priorities, manage tradeoffs, and co-own delivery outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, UX, Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams in a globally distributed environment.
- Drive program execution using Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting quality.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in program management, project management, or business analysis roles in financial services or fintech.
- Proven ability to deliver multiple complex, technically deep software programs in Agile environments.
- Strong partnership skills with Product and Engineering leadership, including understanding of architecture, sprint execution, and tradeoffs.
- Experience with global teams, strong communication skills, and hands-on expertise with tools like Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
