Atlas Pallet Bookkeeper Job Description
Position: Bookkeeper – Full time (Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm) On Site
Reports to: Office Administrator
Pay Range: $55k - $75k annual salary

Job Summary: The Bookkeeper will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, greeting in person vendors and guests, as well as assisting employees who come to the office with various questions. In addition, this role is responsible for entering delivery slip data (Proof of Delivery) on a daily basis, reviewing and verifying all Account Payable invoices, entering AP into QB and processing payments. You will also aid in all HR functions, including; the administration of new employee on boarding documents and process, as well as assist in the weekly processing of payroll. In addition, this position is responsible for all office supplies, and miscellaneous tasks that arise in support of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping – Must be proficient with QBO
Administration of all financial transactions, including customer invoicing, posting customer payments, managing collections, receiving vendor invoices, preparing checks for payment, reconciling bank and credit card statements.
Human Resources
Preparation of weekly payroll for third party processing,
distribution, collection and adherence to all required HR regulations and policies.
Benefits Administration for Healthcare, Dental, Vision & 401K, enrollments, changes, reconciliation, ensuring compliance to all state and federal regulations.
Office Operations
Assist in all office operations; answering inbound phone calls, maintaining office and production supplies, managing the cleaning vendor to ensure office is kept clean.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in administration, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
Must be proficient in Quick Books Online (in person interview will require hands on demonstration of skills)
Proven proficiency as Office Administrator, proven proficiency of bookkeeping, AR & AP
Extremely detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency and results driven orientation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, impeccable integrity and dependability.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all company and associate information within and external to the organization.
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
