About You:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree
- Hold an Illinois State License in good standing, or the ability to obtain one
- Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience, with an interest in leadership

- Strong communicator with a passion for client relationships and team culture
- Motivated to contribute to both clinical excellence and business performance
