Warehouse Supervisor (Bilingual) - Elgin, IL
$55,000 – $60,000 annually plus benefits
As a Warehouse Supervisor , you will be responsible for coordinating and executing warehouse operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the department. This role ensures that all product, supply, and equipment needs are met throughout the location while providing daily oversight of employees and key warehouse functions.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities of the technician department
- Manage, evaluate, and report on productivity.
- Check and reply to all emails regarding production orders.
- Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Order supplies and maintain suitable tools and inventory levels.
- Check proof of deliveries against items actually received and inventory for accuracy.
- Ensure technicians are working on prioritized orders, following customer customized instructions
- Make sure order ship dates are always met
- At times there will be customer interaction over the phone or via email
- Help with quality assurance, always reviewing technicians completed work
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
What You Bring:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of related warehouse experience.
- Experience in optimizing warehousing processes preferred.
- Technical abilities are a plus
- Bilingual – Spanish and English
