Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Center Representative to join our sales and service teams. This role involves engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment, managing appointments accurately, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, along with strong communication. The Sales Associate will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving store sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Efficiently manage e-mails and phone calls
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with phone etiquette to answer questions and direct calls appropriately
- Support team members
Experience
- Previous retail customer experience is prefered
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Knowledge of upselling techniques, product demos is desirable
