The Service BDC Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications to schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and support the service team in delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Handle inbound service calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
- Conduct outbound calls for service reminders, declined services, and maintenance follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient scheduling
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Previous BDC, call center, or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
