Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and customer-focused Business and Finance Manager to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service with an in-depth knowledge of dealership sales and finance operations. This role involves engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment, managing transactions accurately, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. Previous experience and a proven track record in automobile finance is required, along with strong communication.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on specific loan structures.
- Execute all sales transactions, documentation and bank funding
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with phone etiquette to answer questions and direct calls appropriately
- Support team members
Experience
- Previous experience working utilizing a menu system
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively

Pay: $225,000.00 - $330,000.00 per year
