Atlantic Partners Corp’s recruitment agency's enterprise client is seeking a Contract Analyst in Bucks County, PA. This is a non-senior role and contract right to hire (temp to perm).
2-4 years of total experience and a local candidate are needed.
No 3rd parties: No C2C's and no referrals.
Role Overview
The Contract Analyst will support Sales Operations by managing contracts from review through execution. This includes redlining, coordinating with Legal and business partners, tracking approvals, and ensuring contracts align with company policies while supporting business goals.
Responsibilities
- Review and redline commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor and sales agreements)
- Partner with Legal to ensure compliance and manage risk
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Operations on deal terms
- Track contract status, versions, approvals, and signatures
- Maintain records in CRM/CLM systems and support audits and reporting
- Identify risks, suggest alternative language, and support process improvements
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in contract management, sales ops, deal desk, or legal operations (flexible)
- Hands-on experience with contract redlines and negotiations
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience supporting B2B Sales or SaaS environments
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes, pricing, and contract risk considerations
