Co-op Job Description:
· Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of standard agreements between Independence and AmeriHealth with ancillary providers
· Ensure contracts comply with applicable policies, regulations, and financial standards
· Serve as a liaison by maintaining and updating standard contract templates
· Track obligations and renewals
· Support ongoing contract monitoring and assist with issue resolution as needed
Required Skills:
· Advanced Microsoft Word skills
· Effective communication skills
· Managing competing priorities to deliver high-quality projects on time.
