Tax Investment Associate

I'm partnering with a highly respected institutional investment organization that is expanding its investment team and looking to add an Investment Associate with experience in tax-advantaged investing, renewable energy, project finance, or affordable housing investments.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a lean, high-performing team responsible for evaluating, structuring, executing, and managing complex investment transactions that deliver both strong financial returns and long-term strategic impact.

What you'll be doing:

✔ Lead financial analysis, underwriting, and investment due diligence

✔ Structure and execute complex investment transactions from term sheet through closing

✔ Partner closely with legal, tax, accounting, treasury, and risk teams

✔ Build relationships with developers, financial institutions, advisors, and investment partners

✔ Monitor and manage an active investment portfolio throughout its lifecycle

✔ Present investment recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees

We're looking for professionals with experience in one or more of the following:

• Tax-advantaged investments

• Renewable energy investing

• Project finance

• Infrastructure investing

• Affordable housing investments

• Energy or infrastructure investment banking

• Institutional investing

• Tax credit advisory

Ideal Background:

✔ 4–7 years of relevant investment or transaction experience

✔ Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills

✔ Experience structuring and closing complex transactions

✔ Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously

✔ Excellent communication and relationship management skills

✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
