Position Overview
Reporting to the Controller and Technical Accounting leadership, the Staff Accountant will play a key role in the close process, financial reporting, and analysis within a lean, high-visibility corporate team. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to leadership and clear runway for promotion to Senior and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Assist with financial reporting and general ledger activities
- Perform variance, trend, and ad hoc financial analysis
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Partner with cross-functional teams across finance and operations
- Assist with process improvements and system enhancements (NetSuite)
- Support audit requests and compliance initiatives

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
