Role Overview
We are looking for a professional with strong analytical and communication skills to join a dynamic investment platform. This individual will bridge the gap between investment professionals and client-facing teams, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful information flows across the organization. The role combines market knowledge, portfolio awareness, and presentation skills to support both internal decision-making and external client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s investment approach, portfolio construction, and the broader credit market landscape.
- Act as a key liaison between investment teams and distribution professionals, providing real-time visibility into transactions and portfolio developments.
- Coordinate responses to ongoing and ad hoc data requests from stakeholders, including detailed portfolio analytics and market commentary.
- Contribute to the preparation of client-facing materials, such as investor updates, presentations, marketing decks, offering documents, and RFP/DDQ responses.
- Support investor calls, periodic reporting cycles, and thought-leadership initiatives including case studies and white papers.
- Utilize in-house technology and analytical platforms to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, or a related financial services environment, ideally with exposure to private credit or credit underwriting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex investment ideas into clear, concise messaging for both internal and external audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort with financial modeling; familiarity with business intelligence and automation tools a plus.
