This highly visible leadership role will oversee global management company accounting, reporting, controls, and operational finance infrastructure while driving modernization, automation, and scalability across a complex global platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global Management Company accounting and reporting operations
- Oversee multi-entity consolidations, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
- Manage accounting for management fee revenue recognition and operating entities
- Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance initiatives
- Drive finance transformation, process improvements, automation, and systems optimization
- Lead and develop a global team while building a best-in-class operating model
Qualifications
- CPA required
- 10–15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Strong Management Company accounting experience within private equity, hedge fund, private credit, or real estate investment management
- Deep expertise in management fee revenue recognition, global consolidations, and U.S. GAAP
- Proven track record leading teams and transformational change initiatives
- Strategic, hands-on leader with strong systems and outsourcing/BPO optimization experience
