*Reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Services
*Manage all Aspects of the Company's Travel Programs
*Develop and Implement Corporate Travel and Expense Policies
*Manage All Third Party Vendor Relationships
*Negotiate All Contracts with Travel Service Providers- Airlines, Private Planes, Hotels, and Car Rental Companies
*Establish & Improve Current Corporate Travel Program
*Strategize to Implement Any Cost Saving Measures for all Aspects of Travel
*Oversee Compliance on all Corporate Travel
*Implement Technology Enhancements on all Corporate Travel
*Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Emerging Technologies to Constantly Improve the Corporate Travel Program
Qualifications
*12-20 years of Corporate Travel Experience at Large Global Firm
*Alternative Asset Management/Financial Services Industry Experience a Plus
*Ideal Candidates will Have a Mix of Travel Agency & Head of Corporate Travel Experience at a Large Global Organization
*Strong Knowledge of Travel Industry Trends
*Strong Relationship with Third Party Travel Vendors
*Strong Background in Travel Technology
