Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end deal operational workflows for a portfolio of investment and whole loans (Residential, Consumer, Commercial), including asset-based financing and securitizations.
- Support deal onboarding process to ensure portfolio management systems are correctly set up with connectivity and reconciliation parameters to support deal operational workflows.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all post-closing operational workflows, driving key decisions, and providing expertise to all internal teams.
- Manage borrowing base calculations for multiple leverage facilities and banking relationships
- Assist in liquidity forecasting and planning in conjunction with trade execution and capital budgeting
- Lead initiatives and work directly with investment managers and servicing oversight to produce and streamline loan level data and reporting.
- Leverage technologies (Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, Python), to design and implement data quality checks across systems to ensure accuracy of key deal data points for downstream reporting.
Key Qualifications:
- 4 - 8 years operations experience, loan servicing, fund finance within asset management
- Knowledge of credit/direct lending
