Temporary Office Manager / Administrative Assistant
We’re seeking a Temporary Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to support senior executives and daily operations in the San Francisco office. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and adaptable who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
6-8 month contract
What You’ll Do:
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and logistics
- Coordinate domestic & international travel and process expenses
- Provide general office management, including supplies, vendors, and visitor coordination
- Support business operations and assist with events and projects
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years of administrative or office management experience (professional services or financial services preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
This is an onsite position in San Francisco with an immediate start.
