The Atlantic Group has partnered with a global market research firm in the Irving, TX area. They have an immediate need for a Client Engagement Services Specialist to start working remotely as soon as possible. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.
This position is fully remote but the candidate must live in the Irving, TX area.
Summary:
Client Engagement Services (CES) Specialists provide world-class service by engaging directly with clients or internal stakeholders across the company to coordinate requests with Business & Technology Insights Analysts. Successful Specialists demonstrate a passion for client service, strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios, and a willingness to learn with a high degree of ambition and drive. In the role of CES Specialist, you will act as a connector between internal and external Clients and the Analyst community to problem solve around our clients most pressing technology and business-related questions and problems.
Work Schedule: Fully remote (but must live locally)
Job Duties:
-Interprets client needs and identifies the most relevant Analyst to fulfill the request
-Provides research and resources to business leaders to help improve their businesses
-Partners with internal stakeholders on client needs
-Reads industry research and develops understanding of complex topics
-Provides executive level customer service
-Builds strong working relationships with the Business & Technology Insights
-Analyst community and receives unlimited access to all Gartner research content
Work Schedule: Fully remote but employees must live locally (within 30 miles)
Interview Process: 2 video interviews. Will ship equipment to work fully remote.
Requirements:
-Must live in the Irving, TX area
-Bachelor's degree
-Experience in a professional corporate environment (marketing, advertising, legal, financial services, consulting, research, technology, or other business-to-business industries)
-Experience in proactive problem solving with complex scenarios
-Strong time management and organizational skills
-Analytical mindset Strong business acumen Great written and verbal (live) communication skills, able to adjust style based on audience
-Technologically savvy: able to quickly learn new systems and tools
-Strong interest in business and technology along with a willingness to learn
