Currently we are hiring Superintendents to support a large datacenter project in Texas. We are hiring Mechanical and Electrical and CSA Superintendents

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily site construction activities within assigned scope
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards
• Supervise subcontractors, direct labor and vendor activities on site
• Drive compliance with project safety procedures, permits and client requirements
• Participate in daily coordination meetings, toolbox talks and planning sessions
• Monitor construction progress against program milestones and recovery plans
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs and construction documents for accuracy and constructability
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, Commissioning and Client teams
• Identify and resolve field issues, clashes and installation constraints proactively
• Ensure materials, tools, equipment and manpower are available to support schedule
• Track productivity, progress and installation quality across work fronts
• Support short-term and long-term lookahead planning activities
• Manage punch list items and support project closeout activities
• Maintain accurate site records, reports and daily logs
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained across all work areas
• Support commissioning, energization and turnover activities where required
• Enforce quality standards and ensure installations comply with design and industry codes
• Escalate risks, delays or safety concerns to project leadership promptly
• Build strong working relationships with client representatives and trade partners

Authority:

• You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Superintendent on hyperscale or mission critical projects
• Strong knowledge of data center construction and critical infrastructure
• Experience managing subcontractors on large-scale construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
• Knowledge of QA/QC and commissioning processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong safety leadership and commitment to EH&S standards
• Experience working in fast-paced mission critical environments
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts and priorities simultaneously
