Summary: The Restaurant Server within our Troon Grill will provide exceptional service to members and guests in a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable manner to ensure a pleasurable dining experience while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Summary: The Restaurant Server within our Troon Grill will provide exceptional service to members and guests in a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable manner to ensure a pleasurable dining experience while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the mission and uphold the core values of the Atlanta Athletic Club (AAC) through dedicated service
- Warmly greet each member and their guests with a smile and a welcoming attitude
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and beverage selections
- Share daily specials with members and provide thoughtful recommendations when requested
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all member requests are met promptly and professionally
- Keep the dining area clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift
- Foster a spirit of teamwork by assisting fellow staff members on the floor and with side duties
- Develop proficiency in the Jonas POS system to ensure seamless service
- Consistently follow AAC’s standard procedures for tableside service
- Complete all required opening and closing side work during each shift
- Offer support to other departments and assist with club functions or special events as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry heavy trays as needed
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to build collaborative working relationships
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to obtain an alcohol pouring permit from the City of Johns Creek
- Previous serving experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate
- Friendly, service-oriented individual with a passion for creating outstanding member experiences
