Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound campaigns, including cold calling
- Identify, research, and engage target accounts across manufacturing, logistics, and CPG sectors
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a B2B sales or SDR role
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Exposure to technical or SaaS sales environments is preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing or logistics industries is a plus
Skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, SalesLoft)
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
- Base salary: $50,000–$65,000 with on-target earnings (OTE) of $70,000–$120,000
