ATP Development & Construction is a full-service design-build firm serving Pasadena, Altadena, and Greater Los Angeles. We specialize in ground-up construction, ADUs, remodels, hillside builds, and multi-family projects. As we grow, we're looking for a driven, organized Sales Representative to support our lead generation efforts through outbound cold calling.
What You'll Do
- Make 70–80 outbound calls per day to prospective clients, property owners, and developers
- Qualify leads and gather key information to pass to our internal team
- Log all call activity, notes, and outcomes accurately in Google Sheets or Excel
- Follow up with prospects as directed and maintain a clean, organized call list
- Represent ATP professionally and communicate our services with confidence
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in cold calling or outbound sales (construction industry experience strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of construction terminology, project types, or the building industry
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel — you must be comfortable tracking data daily
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to hit daily call targets consistently
- Clear communicator — both on the phone and in writing
