What are the responsibilities and job description for the Founding Account Executive position at Atilax Executive Search?
We are looking for a Founding Account Executive to join our early-stage team and build our go-to-market motion from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to own the full sales cycle, shape the sales playbook, and help scale an innovative product with strong early traction. You will work directly with the founders and play a key role in taking the product upmarket.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals
- Build and scale an outbound engine, sourcing your own pipeline
- Develop and refine the GTM strategy, tools, and sales processes
- Engage technical stakeholders (e.g., VPs of Engineering) and deliver product demos
- Partner closely with founders and provide feedback to influence product direction
Required Experience
- 3 years closing full-cycle B2B SaaS deals
- Experience at a Series A or earlier startup
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts
- Experience selling technical products to technical buyers
- Track record of strong quota attainment
Skills & Attributes

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $135K–$165K | OTE: $275K–$325K (uncapped commission)
- Founding-level equity
