Position: Store Manager
The Store Manager serves as the driving force behind the ATHLETIFREAK retail experience — leading with confidence, refined style, and a results-oriented mindset. In this role, you will champion sales performance, develop and empower your team, and ensure every client interaction embodies the luxury, energy, and elevated standard of the ATHLETIFREAK brand.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and elevate all facets of store operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day performance with a strong emphasis on driving revenue, optimizing processes, and cultivating a positive, high-energy team environment.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of stylists, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to consistently achieve and surpass individual and storewide sales goals.
- Uphold premium brand and visual presentation standards, ensuring the store environment, product displays, and team appearance reflect the ATHLETIFREAK aesthetic and lifestyle at all times.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent, building a high-performing team that exemplifies strong product knowledge, styling expertise, and a passion for customer service.
- Create an engaging, customer-centric experience, fostering meaningful client relationships and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service aligned with the ATHLETIFREAK brand ethos.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards, managing inventory accuracy, loss prevention, scheduling, and all other key store functions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying ATHLETIFREAK values and promoting a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in retail or boutique management (luxury or performance brand preferred).
- Proven success leading teams and driving sales.
- Strong sense of fashion, client experience, and brand presentation.
- Confident, polished, and energetic leadership presence.
