Pay Range: $15.92 – $16.00 per hour
Store Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at The UPS Store. This role involves delivering exceptional service to customers, supporting daily store operations, and assisting with graphic design and print services. The ideal candidate has prior retail experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Adobe design software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
- Assist customers with packing, shipping, mailbox services, and product inquiries
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash accurately
- Support print and design projects, including formatting files, producing print materials, and operating print equipment
- Prepare packages for shipment following UPS guidelines and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and help with general store upkeep
- Troubleshoot basic customer and equipment issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer-service experience
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with graphic design, print production, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning new software and equipment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
