This is a customer‐facing retail role — not warehouse work.
What You’ll Do
- Assist Customers with shipping, printing, and mailbox services
- Pack & Ship items safely using UPS/USPS/FedEx/DHL systems
- Manage Mailboxes and sort incoming mail
- Run Store Operations — restock supplies, keep the store organized, handle POS transactions
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast‐paced environment
