Head Baseball Coach | Clinton High School
Role Summary Lead the Red Tornado baseball program. Responsible for competitive performance, player development, and fostering the "Excellence in Athletics" standard defined by Clinton Public Schools.
Primary Responsibilities

Instruction: Lead daily practices focused on fundamentals, situational strategy, and physical conditioning.

Program Oversight: Coordinate coaching staff and player development across all grade levels

Character Leadership: Enforce the Athletic Code of Conduct, focusing on accountability, integrity, and academic success.

Operations: Manage the program budget, equipment inventory, and OSSAA compliance.

Field Maintenance: Oversee the care and preparation of the baseball facilities.

Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for the booster club, parents, and youth league partners.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Certification: Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate

Safety: CPR/First Aid and concussion management certifications.

Experience: Previous head coaching experience or significant varsity-level assistant experience.
Technical Skills
