What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating an exceptional client experience from the moment someone walks in or reaches out
- Managing multiple software systems for scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks (yes, there are several- and yes, we’ll train you)
- Handling phones, emails, texts, and in-person interactions with confidence and warmth
- Keeping the front office organized, efficient, and running like a well-oiled machine
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks so patient care stays seamless
- Spotting details others miss and proactively solving problems before they become problems
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have prior experience in an administrative or front-desk role
- Bonus points if it was in a health, wellness, fitness, or medical setting
- Are genuinely excellent at multitasking and don’t get flustered when things get busy
- Enjoy working with technology and can learn new systems quickly
- Are friendly, professional, and communicate clearly (written and verbal)
- Take pride in being organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

The Details
- Full-time position
- Start time will likely be 8:30 AM or 9:00 AM (we’ll determine the best fit together)
- In-clinic role at our clinic, located in Westlake Hills
