Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Handle calendar management and scheduling for executives or team members using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks and other office management software
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service standards
- Support office management tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate appointments and manage calendar updates for personal or professional engagements
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency
- Support medical or dental reception duties if applicable, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, data entry, filing systems, and bookkeeping is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
