Sales Professional (Spanish Speaking- Walk Ins Welcome)

Our ideal candidate is a result-driven individual with the ability to thrive in a competitive, team-based environment. Knowledge of internet sales and customer relationship management software is a plus. We provide paid on-site training and potential for growth within the company. We prefer to promote from within.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and foster long-term customer relationships
• Work as primary point of contact for customer base, assisting with all current and future customer purchasing needs and automotive questions
• Utilize our proven sales processes to meet monthly team and personal sales goals
• Coordinate with service and parts department, body shop, finance department, and admin office to ensure customer needs are met
• Achieve and maintain sales certifications, including working knowledge of Ford, finance, lease and insurance programs
• Assist in maintenance of customer database
• Use CRM tool to follow up with current, prospective and past customers to ensure positive experience
• Identify and work to improve upon areas of opportunity

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in The Spanish Language
• Strong work ethic and professional appearance
• Upbeat, friendly demeanor and positive attitude
• Goal oriented personality with a desire to succeed
• Understanding of basic phone and email etiquette
• Valid driver’s license with a good record
• Must be able to work a schedule of Monday - Saturday with a scheduled day off per week
