Athens Flowers & Design is looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Floral Processor & Inventory Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position is essential to keeping our shop running smoothly by ensuring our fresh flowers and supplies are processed, organized, and ready for our designers. If you enjoy staying organized, working with your hands, and being part of a creative environment, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Receive and inspect fresh flower shipments.
- Process fresh flowers by cleaning, trimming, hydrating, and preparing them for storage.
- Organize and rotate inventory using first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices.
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, containers, ribbons, floral supplies, and hard goods.
- Notify management when inventory is running low or quality issues arise.
- Prepare flowers and supplies for designers each day.
- Keep the cooler, workstations, and storage areas clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Remove damaged or expired products.
- Assist with general shop operations and help where needed.

Schedule
- Part-time (2–3 days per week)
- Perfect for students looking for a flexible work schedule.
- Additional hours may be available during busy floral holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, when extra help is appreciated.
