What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at ATG Management Services?

Private Ambulance Company seeking mature individual to fill dispatch role within our 4 Company dispatch center. 

Job details:

 

  • Answering incoming customer requests for Ambulance Transportation 
  • Customer service 
  • Ability to understand and use CAD dispatch system 
  • Dispatching both non-emergency and emergency ambulances 
  • Knowledge of Chicago Metro area and surrounding communities.
  • Prior ambulance dispatching preferred but will train the right candidate.
