Job Description:
- Prepare engineering documentation supporting aircraft interior and structural modifications, including detail drawings, assembly drawings, installation drawings, specifications, and substantiation reports.
- Develop and revise engineering drawings supporting aircraft floorplan and interior configuration changes.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline with at least five (5) years of relevant experience; OR a minimum of ten (10) years of practical mechanical design experience within the aviation industry.
- Experience developing mechanical or aircraft engineering drawings using AutoCAD and/or CATIA; CATIA experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting aircraft interior, cabin, completion, modification, installation, or related mechanical design activities.
- Working knowledge of applicable aviation regulatory and certification requirements, including FAA, EASA, and/or TCCA regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related productivity tools.
- Aircraft interior or cabin modification and completion programs.
Salary : $55 - $58
