Job Summary
ATC Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in healthcare facilities while working closely with nurses and other medical professionals to ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

Help patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning

Maintain patient hygiene and comfort while ensuring dignity and respect

Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff

Maintain clean and safe patient environments

Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines
Qualifications

Active CNA certification in the state of employment

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
