Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the General team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures
- Contribute actively to clinical decision-making, patient management, family education, and care planning
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
- Work in a supportive and dynamic environment with full integration into the care team and respected clinical leadership roles
- Support the full spectrum of pediatric subspecialty care, including surgery, cardiology, and neurology
- Take advantage of mentorship programs especially designed for new graduates
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of neonatal care
- Maintain NNP Board Certification
- Maintain valid state licensure
- Obtain and maintain DEA certification prior to start
- Obtain and maintain CSR/CDS certification prior to start
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing (state-specific)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant General experience preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
