Role Overview
The business is hiring experienced recruiters with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in either:
- Permanent recruitment (360) across Professional Services or Healthcare
- Temporary / Contract recruitment (180) on either BD or Delivery
- Hybrid experience also considered
The successful candidate will work within a lean, high-performing team, taking ownership of client development, candidate management, and revenue generation within their specialism.

Key Responsibilities
For Permanent Recruitment (360):
- Run a full 360 desk across Financial Services, Corporate Accounting, Professional Services, Legal, IT or Healthcare
- Develop and manage client relationships; engage in active business development
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, managing processes and securing offers
- Manage existing accounts while continuously hunting for new business
- Work towards clear revenue targets, fees typically ranging from $15K–$50K
- Operate autonomously while leveraging the company’s structured processes and training
For Temporary / Contract Recruitment (180):
- Focus on either Business Development or Delivery within Professional Services or Healthcare
- Generate weekly GP; targets typically fall in the $5–7K range
- Manage temp-to-perm and contract placements
- Collaborate with Account Managers or Recruiters depending on desk setup
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates or clients depending on your function
- Work with high urgency and strong process discipline
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings:
- Minimum 3 years recruitment experience (perm 360 or temp 180)
- Strong track record in Professional Services, Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT or Healthcare
- Experience managing revenue targets such as fees, spreads or weekly GP
- Ability to operate independently within a structured, KPI-driven environment
- High financial motivation and resilience
- Strong client-facing capability with confidence in business development
- Desire to step into leadership in the future (preferred but not essential)
Candidates with experience in Banking, Financial Services, Quant recruitment, Big 4 consulting clients, Healthcare, or the Tri-State area markets are especially encouraged.
Compensation & Incentives
Permanent (360)
- Draw structure typically $70K–$80K
- Commission begins immediately upon first placement
- 45% - 55% commission
- High performers can exceed $1M annual revenue in some verticals
Temporary / Contract (180)
- Base salary commission
- Weekly GP targets (sweet spot around $5–7K GP)
- High achievers in Healthcare can exceed $20K weekly GP
