The Role
The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for delivering permanent and contract recruitment solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This is a full 360 role, covering business development, candidate sourcing, client management, and deal execution.
The position suits a consultant who is commercially driven, confident in winning new business, and comfortable managing multiple roles and clients simultaneously. The successful individual will play a key role in contributing to team growth, revenue performance, and long-term expansion in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new client relationships through proactive business development
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contract Salesforce roles
- Source, engage, and manage high-quality candidates within niche technology markets
- Deliver recruitment solutions to senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong personal brand in the Salesforce recruitment space
- Manage multiple roles, clients, and candidates concurrently
- Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue and activity targets
- Collaborate closely with US and UK teams, including offshore and AI-focused divisions
- Adopt and utilise internal AI and automation tools to improve efficiency
Performance Metrics
- Average permanent placement fees circa $25,000
- Average weekly gross profit on contract roles circa $1,100

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment (technology preferred)
- Salesforce recruitment experience is highly advantageous but not essential
- Proven ability to generate new business and convert client opportunities
- Experience delivering both permanent and contract placements
- Stable employment history with strong performance at previous firms
- Comfortable working across multiple desks or market segments
