The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, and high-value personal injury cases, with a proven record of multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex personal injury and wrongful death cases from intake through trial.
- Develop litigation strategies and lead cases through resolution.
- Handle high-value settlements, negotiations, and jury trials.
- Mentor junior attorneys and oversee litigation teams.
- Work closely with paralegals and legal support staff.
- Participate in business development and professional networking.
- Potentially bring an existing book of business and support staff.
Qualifications
- 15 years of litigation and trial experience.
- Active Nevada Bar license required.
- Experience in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or product liability.
- Medical malpractice experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of significant verdicts and settlements.
- Strong first-chair trial experience and leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor attorneys and manage complex litigation.
- Additional bar licenses in CA, NV, NM, or CO are a plus.
- Comfortable using legal technology, including Filevine and Microsoft Teams.
