Astute Placement is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving financial performance, and building a strong, high-performing team while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
- Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring strong execution and service standards
- Lead and motivate management and hourly teams
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and company policies
Team Development
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent
- Build a strong team culture focused on accountability and performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching
Financial Performance
- Manage P&L, including labor, food cost, and operating expenses
- Drive revenue growth through local marketing and guest engagement
- Execute budgets, forecasts, and financial goals
Qualifications
- 8 years of leadership experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- Proven experience overseeing $5M in annual revenue
- Strong background in P&L management, cost control, and operations
- Experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments
- Upscale or steakhouse experience preferred
