Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support project timelines from initiation through completion.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Technical Operations, Engineering, Validation, and Quality to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Track project progress, documentation, and deliverables while communicating updates to project leads and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and project documentation.
- Coordinate document collection, scanning, organization, and distribution to support manufacturing projects.
- Assist with project planning, resource coordination, and workflow management.
- Coordinate Change Requests (CRs) related to new equipment, processes, procedures, and specifications.
- Escalate project risks or delays when appropriate and help drive timely resolution.
- Promote collaboration across departments while maintaining compliance with established procedures and documentation standards.
- Associate's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, a Scientific discipline, or a related field.
- Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or project coordination experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Teams. Experience with MS Project is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized processes.
