This is a full-time, on-site role for a Therapist located in Hardin, IA. The Therapist will work directly with individuals, groups, and families, offering therapeutic interventions to support mental and emotional health. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing counseling sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring confidentiality, and fostering a supportive therapeutic environment for clients.
- Proficiency in one-on-one and group counseling, developing treatment plans, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions

- Experience in assessing patient needs and applying multi-faceted treatment approaches
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a relevant field
- Licensure or certification to practice therapy in Iowa (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care or experience with specific populations such as children or veterans is a plus
