Provides guidance for other professionals in facilitation of Absence Management processes. Works toward the goal of facilitating and monitoring successful return to work of team members.

Must Have:
- Requires 5-7 years of experience working directly in leave administration.
- Requires experience working with FMLA, Worker's Compensation, ADAAA laws, LTD, STD, and Cobra.
- Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). - Be able to come onsite 2-3 times a month post training Nice to have: Healthcare industry experience CPDM (Certified Professional Disability Management) and CLMS (Certified Leave Management Specialist) preferred
