Provides case management, educational materials development, and procedure development for long term and short-term placement of employees. Promotes quality, cost-effective outcomes and coordinates the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Disability Intervention Program. Provides guidance for other professionals in facilitation of Absence Management processes.
