- TCFD/ISSB Frameworks
- Cross functional leadership
- Project management experience
The consultant will act as a hands-on lead and builder, responsible for organizing and executing sustainability reporting processes while coordinating across global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Supporting development and execution of global sustainability reporting initiatives (TCFD and related frameworks)
- Building reporting infrastructure including timelines, governance, and controls
- Coordinating data collection across business units (real estate, compliance, finance, global teams)
- Managing multi-level review cycles across large stakeholder groups (40–60 reviewers)
- Ensuring regulatory timelines and compliance requirements are met
- Reviewing outputs and providing guidance to internal team members
- Partnering with leadership to improve reporting efficiency and structure
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous, build-from-scratch environment
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Comfortable influencing without direct authority
- Experience interacting with global teams across time zones
- Strong communication skills for translating technical reporting into business insights
