Administrative Tasks: Answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized, updated patient files.
Front Desk Management: Ensuring a clean, welcoming reception area and managing inventory of office supplies.
Financial & Insurance: Verifying insurance eligibility, collecting co-payments, and processing billing information.
