Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for all IT integration activities.
- Track and manage milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure consistent progress against the overall program plan.
- Coordinate execution across Applications, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and End User Services, working in close collaboration with the SAP implementation team.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between IT teams, business stakeholders, and global technology partners.
- Ensure alignment of tasks, sequencing, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams to support a cohesive integration approach.
- Support integration activities including system migration, environment readiness, and transition planning for new and existing systems.
- Maintain structured project governance, including RAID logs, status reports, and milestone tracking, to provide clear oversight of integration efforts.
- Provide clear, concise updates on project progress, risks, issues, and next steps to stakeholders at various levels.
- Support preparation of executive-level reporting and decision-making materials related to project status, risks, and key milestones.
- Coordinate and support testing readiness activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring required inputs and timelines are met.
- Support the development and execution of detailed cutover plans and checklists for go-live events.
- Assist with post-go-live stabilization (hypercare) by coordinating activities across IT teams and business functions.
- Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across all IT integration activities, ensuring appropriate visibility and ownership.
- Drive timely mitigation actions for identified risks and issues and escalate concerns when necessary to maintain project momentum.
- Facilitate project meetings, status checkpoints, and working sessions, acting as a central coordinator across IT teams, business functions, and external partners.
- Operate within a broader program structure with defined leadership and workstream ownership, contributing to overall program governance and delivery.
- Support a high-impact integration initiative related to a large acquisition, ensuring alignment with the broader enterprise program schedule.
- 8 years of IT project management experience, including complex or cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven experience coordinating IT projects involving SAP, Applications, Infrastructure, and End User environments.
- Experience working in environments with SAP or other large platform implementations.
- Strong understanding of the project delivery lifecycle, including planning, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases.
- Familiarity with structured delivery practices such as SDLC, governance frameworks, and milestone tracking.
- Strong project planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage detailed schedules and interdependent workstreams.
- Demonstrated ability to execute in a structured, disciplined manner and deliver against defined timelines.
- Experience in risk and issue management, including identification, tracking, mitigation, and escalation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise updates and maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple competing priorities.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Experience integrating an acquired company into an existing technology landscape.
- Background in or familiarity with the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated stability and progression on resume, reflecting sustained contributions in prior roles.
- Experience working on high-impact programs within growing public or enterprise organizations.
- Interest in potential conversion from contract to permanent employment, depending on business needs and performance.
