This role focuses on nationwide business development within a fulfillment services environment, combining independent field-based work with close collaboration across internal teams. You will regularly use CRM and sales productivity tools to manage your pipeline and forecasting, and you may travel to attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed. The position offers direct interaction with ownership and leadership, providing a high level of visibility and the opportunity to influence sales strategy and division growth.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy focused on promoting fulfillment services to new and existing clients.
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities across multiple industries through outbound outreach and networking.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs related to warehousing, distribution, order fulfillment, and value-added services.
- Present tailored fulfillment solutions that align with each client’s operational requirements and growth objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, proposal development, pricing coordination, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure proposed solutions are accurate and onboarding is smooth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activities, pipeline details, and forecasting within CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance goals.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed to generate leads, strengthen relationships, and represent the company’s fulfillment capabilities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor on fulfillment and logistics solutions.
- Continuously monitor market trends and client feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Minimum 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account growth.
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand and address complex operational needs.
- Experience in sales, technical sales, account management, and sales management.
- Ability to develop and execute a structured sales strategy for a defined territory or national market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for discovery calls, solution demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to track activities, manage pipelines, and forecast revenue.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of logistics, warehousing, distribution, and order fulfillment operations.
- Experience presenting tailored fulfillment or service-based solutions to diverse industries.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, customer service, and leadership teams.
- Comfort representing the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
